Body through water. The sport is conducted in pools which is highly maintained. Swimming is a big part of Olympic games. There are various events in swimming itself like, butterfly, backstroke, freestyle and others.

Swimming requires different techniques in order to move forward and in competitions there are specific rules and regulations which are needed to follow. Rules on how to move hands and legs what type of swimsuit to wear and other stuff. Since swimming is a dangerous game, injuries tend to happen. Hence, there are multiple health benefits associated with it.

  • Backstroke
  • Breaststroke Swimming is an individual as well as a team sport which involves using arms and legs to move ones

  • Participant shouldn't use latter techniques in a chosen one.
  • Paricipant shouldn't cross their lane
  • Participants should wear proper suits and goggles.
  • The pool should be 50 metres long and 25 metres wide with ten lanes labeled zero to nine.
